Physical books may be printed and fulfilled on demand by third-party printing and fulfillment partners. Minor variations inherent to printing and manufacturing are not considered defects.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, specifications, and offerings may be changed at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS & EBOOKS

Certain products sold by The Great Cookie Contest are digital products, including eBooks, PDFs, downloadable materials, and printables.

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address associated with your order or made available through a download link.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that your device and software are capable of opening the applicable file format.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal and household use only.

Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, upload, publish, share, commercially exploit, or make our digital products available to others.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot practically be returned once delivered or accessed, digital products are generally non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because physical books may enter print-on-demand production shortly after an order is placed and digital products may be delivered immediately, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after submission.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Products purchased through our consumer store are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

SECTION 5 — PRICES, PAYMENT & TAXES

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise stated, listed product prices do not include applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, or other fees.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

Physical products may be produced, fulfilled, and shipped by third-party printing and fulfillment partners.

Shipping and delivery dates displayed on our website or during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Production and delivery may be affected by printing schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns and replacements are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
